Why am I giving you this information?
Here’s that little reading part I mentioned before…
I started my adult career as a webmaster and network administrator for a security and surveillance company, where I learned that I had NO idea how to handle income, as most dont. I became passionate about how to earn more money doing side hustles and secondary jobs… But I was not prepared to handle that extra money and like most people I wasted those dollars. But I recognized the problem, how can I earn more money WITHOUT KILLING MYSELF WORKING??? So, I investigated and attempted a lot but ultimately my family and work times just took too much time, so I just accepted that I had to work for income… So I did, I worked my rear end off, and I became a key player in the success of that company. I helped drive it so much, via automated tasks, that I was fired because of a critical miscommunication… The company owner walked into my office where I was running a major program task, and asked what I was doing, and I replied “nothing” because I was waiting for my program to run… well he thought I was doing nothing lol… Well they let me go, and in 3 months were calling begging me to come back. I realized the miscommunication, so I was happy to return. The success continued and the company was sold! Pretty cool right? But after it was sold, I got nothing… And I was no longer needed, and I found myself unemployed as Dell corporate was brought into take over the IT and IS operations. So I left, and began working at a large hospital as an analyst doing technical support, it was a great job. And I was able to maintain a very low profile there for about 2 years, just doing my work and going home moving the rocks so to speak, before I couldn’t take any more and I had to do what I do and fix things. I wrote automation software to handle repeatable work and templated out a lot of the customer interactions to streamline and eliminate wasted busy work time… After a short while the issues that drove a majority of the busy work cases were corrected with software, and my team looked great, I was promoted a couple of times and took over almost all responsibility for the database and cluster operations on the primary EHR (clinical application) that was used every where in this multi billion dollar hospital. A high stress role to be sure. But, I was very happy and was recognized as a top performing employee. I was investing a ton into my 401k, and for years, I felt like I was on track to retire where I wanted to be… I was following the “plan”.
Then, I got sick, my heart started failing. Because of this I got put on some very powerful medications that helped me feel a little better, but also interfered with my brain a lot. The combination of those meds and heart issues made and still make me constantly exhausted. After about 2 years of struggling, I lost my job, I was denied my social security, and I burned through my savings, I had to use the money I had been investing to avoid becoming homeless… So I cashed out my 401k to eat and cover my bills… I had to step backwards… And it was a painful step… But, I convinced a hiring manager to take a chance on me and, I got another job, as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer at a security software company, funny enough it was 2 buildings away from my first job. After being let go again for a third time The first from the mis-communicaton, the second when Dell took over and the third from the hospital – I FINALLY, realized how unprepared I was for another event… I started buying all the “make money like this” books I could find. I tried a ton of things, drop shipping, affiliate marketing, multi level marketing, I learned about forex, digital currencies, trade this, trade that, buy low and sell high… I learned a lot of BS, that does NOT work, and I learned it the EXPENSIVE and hard way. I learned that a great majority of the “guides” are nothing more than carrots being dangled in front of people who just want a better life, and NEED answers, but mostly are only delivered gambling methods at best and BECOME YOUR OWN BOSS BS crap.
Through this PAINFUL and expensive process I learned a lot about HOW businesses ACTUALLY gain capital through the funding rounds and investor models and some (a lot) of them pay “dividends” simply for being an owner (investor). I was shocked to learn this because here I had imagined that I was going to have to build up a business that I HATED working at just to sell it off and hopefully not get screwed in that process. Or franchise like 200000 McDonalds to make any kind of real money.
Now, once I figured out that all I had to do was to BE an investor (OWNER), I learned that it actually DOES NOT take a huge amount to earn but if you want to earn any real decent amounts its not going to happen by following the guides on buying the top 20 dividend stock OR just grabbing some of the most common and popular holdings, so I began compiling my own database of all the businesses I was investigating… Coming from a database developer background at the hospital made it pretty easy, I began to add each of the ones I found that pay dividends on monthly schedules, instead of annually and quarterly, and then I split them by DATES, and then sorted them by payout values to find which paid the most and when, then I trimmed the list by the best price per share, and I started buying the ones that are affordable, where dividends are paid at certain times, mid and end of months, so started collecting dividends twice a month, just like a regular old jobs bi-weekly pay cycles and I added a third one for a monthly bonus. 3 holdings ETFs (And ETN) (exchange traded funds and NOTES) which have a bunch of solid holdings (stocks) that are good to continue to grow based on all available data points.
I genuinely want to help you, and I am sharing EXACTLY what I hold, because unlike these slugs and leeches, I genuinely want you to be free from financial stress and worry, and to prove it, I will show you HOW. I can sell this information easily but, I’m not, BECAUSE what I do WORKS and it makes me money every month, sure I always want more but I am happy with what I have learned and it grows on its own, and best of all I have no reason to be greedy because I know it can work for you too.
